Exchange & Refund Policy

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. We accept exchanges And returns within 48 Hrs of you receiving the shipment
  2. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available at shipping fee of Rs 150 (applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page
  4. Exchanges and Returns are available on both for Prepaid and COD Orders.
  5. Swimwear are only available for exchange.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

  1. To raise a request, Go to Exchange And Return Request
  2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the Plastic bag, for proper care and protection
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange request.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. We issue a Gift card for the full amount against all returns
  2. There is reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests
  3. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 150 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note
  4. Gift card  is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  5. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
  6. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

SALE OR DISCOUNT POLICY

  1. All discounted products are eligible for exchanges and return at a chargeable return shipping fee of Rs 150 (applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
  2. We are unable to accept returns on any  sale merchandise
  3. Applies to discounted or on sale products, or bought through an offer or promotional code

MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

  1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 48 Hrs of receiving the parcel
  2. We will need Opening Video of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.
  3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  1. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests.
