🔁RETURN WINDOW

  1. We accept a return within 48 hours of delivery for
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged product
    • Size Issue 

📦 How to Request a Return:

  1. Go to our website 🌐
  2. To raise a request, Go to Start a Return
  3. Enter your Order ID + Email/Phone
  4. Submit your request ✅
  5. Our team will review & arrange pick-up 🚚
  6. Re-use the original packaging, including the Plastic bag, for proper care and protection.
  7. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact.
  8. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages.
  9. Gift Card will be issued Once We receive and inspect the parcel at our warehouse. 

💰 Return Pick-Up Fee: ₹150 (flat) 🧾

📍 Pickup Attempt:
• We’ll try 2 times for pick-up.
• If your PIN code is not serviceable, you’ll need to self-ship to our warehouse 📮

Note: Pickup address will be same as delivery address.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. We do not offer refunds—only gift cards as per our policy.
  2. 💳 Gift Card will be issued Once We receive and inspect the parcel at our warehouse.
    ❌ If the item is damaged or used or Missing , a gift card won’t be issued.
    ❌ If the item is damaged or used item will be shipped back to your address.
  3. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 150 will be charged for any subsequent Return requests or on orders placed using a credit note
  4. Gift card  is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
  5. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
  6. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

🚫 No Returns If:

  1. ❌Product was on sale (unless damaged/wrong)
  2. ❌ You used a Gift Card to buy the product
  3. ❌ You request a second return for the same item

Note: We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return and place a new order.

MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

For Missing ,damaged or incorrect items, a full, unedited unboxing video showing the package opening and product is mandatory.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  1. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests.
