- We accept a return within 48 hours of delivery for
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Size Issue
📦 How to Request a Return:
- Go to our website 🌐
- To raise a request, Go to Start a Return
- Enter your Order ID + Email/Phone
- Submit your request ✅
- Our team will review & arrange pick-up 🚚
- Re-use the original packaging, including the Plastic bag, for proper care and protection.
- Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact.
- They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages.
- Gift Card will be issued Once We receive and inspect the parcel at our warehouse.
💰 Return Pick-Up Fee: ₹150 (flat) 🧾
📍 Pickup Attempt:
• We’ll try 2 times for pick-up.
• If your PIN code is not serviceable, you’ll need to self-ship to our warehouse 📮
Note: Pickup address will be same as delivery address.
REFUND POLICY
- We do not offer refunds—only gift cards as per our policy.
- 💳 Gift Card will be issued Once We receive and inspect the parcel at our warehouse.
❌ If the item is damaged or used or Missing , a gift card won’t be issued.
❌ If the item is damaged or used item will be shipped back to your address.
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 150 will be charged for any subsequent Return requests or on orders placed using a credit note
- Gift card is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
- Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
- Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value
🚫 No Returns If:
- ❌Product was on sale (unless damaged/wrong)
- ❌ You used a Gift Card to buy the product
- ❌ You request a second return for the same item
Note: We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you must request a return and place a new order.
MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

For Missing ,damaged or incorrect items, a full, unedited unboxing video showing the package opening and product is mandatory.
