    • Orders placed after 6 PM will be considered for the next day.
    • Orders are accepted on business days, Monday – Friday only.
    • Free shipping on orders ₹2499 & above
    • Orders placed on holidays or weekends are considered on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping:

We ship at every pincode in India. The typical time that shipping in India takes place ranges from 7-10 business days. There are chances of delay depending on some unexpected conditions.
During the festival season, the shipping might take up to 14 business days due to its intricate work. We assure you that we will offer you the best service and request you to wait for the package to get delivered.

International Shipping:

For the customer ordering internationally, the shipping will take around 15-21 days to reach you. Any charges and taxes such as customs and other duties to be paid will be the buyer’s sole responsibility.
The orders placed for festivals can take up to 25-30 business days to get delivered. We request you to wait while we dispatch your package.

In case of Delay:

The time of delivery is indicative, and there might be delays that are beyond our control. In case of a delay in delivery, we would request you to connect with us over email or WhatsApp, and we will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
All orders are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies or Indian/International Postal Services to ensure the best service.

Tracking the Order:

In either case, we will send the tracking code to your registered number and email ID to keep you updated with the package movements.
In case of multiple products being ordered, there are chances that you will receive multiple tracking IDs.

Loss or Damage:

We assure you that the product reaches you in the best of condition. But if there is tempering, ensure to raise the red flag while accepting the package itself.
Using the most reliable companies, we assure that packages are not lost on the way. In case it happens, we ensure to investigate and ascertain the issue within 48 – 72 hours.

Change of address:

Ensure that the address you have listed with us includes complete details like Pincode and landmark. In case there is a difference in the buyer and the consignee’s address, let us know while placing the order itself.
Any change in the address will not be possible while the package is in transit.

Out of Stock Orders:

We list only the products that are available with us. But during the festive or holiday season, the item may get out of stock. If so happens, the same will be intimated to you.

In this scenario, it is as per your discretion either to cancel or wait. If you agree to wait, then the shipping might take place upto 25-30 days, based on restocking time.
