Payment Options:

Things To Remember:
As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit the following based on the bank’s payment gateway when you make an online transaction using Credit or Debit card:
  • 16-digit credit card number
  • Card expiry date
  • 3-digit CVV number (Usually On The Reverse Of The Card)
  • You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
  • For American Express Cards, you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code that usually appears on the front of the card.

Payment Process:
We have a very simple payment process for you which we can clarify as below:

  • Add your purchase to the cart and proceed.
  • Check the Invoice generated and click to pay.
  • Select the payment option that suits you.
  • Enter the details.
  • Make the Payment.
  • Get the payment confirmation.
  • Security and Safety:
  • We provide convenient and secured payment options to our customers as part of our Buyer Protection Policy. The payment gateway partner, Razorpay, offers us secured SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transactions only.
  • We do not store the Credit card and Debit card information. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway partner, who is authorized and is compliant with the applicable regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions, and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

Payment Failure:
We assure you that you face no problem while making payment.
But if the payment fails due to connectivity problems or any other error on the payment gateway’s website, we request you to check your account.

  • If the amount is not debited, kindly re-initiate a new transaction.
  • If the amount is debited, but no confirmation received, mail us, and we will refund the amount within 2-7 business days.
  • If the amount is twice debited, mail us, and we will reverse the excess amount within 2-7 business days.
  • COVID Guidelines:
  • Your safety is our priority. In the uncertain times of COVID, our guidelines are: “No COD allowed, only online transfers.”

  • Never share your financial details with others, as it may cause you unforeseen losses.
  • AnarPot undertakes no liability for any mistake done by the payment gateway, misuse of your credit/debit card/bank details data, security breach whatsoever; in such an event, please contact your respective bank.
  • AnarPot will never ask you to make payment with the help of shared links or third-party UPI details. In case you receive such a message, do ignore it. Payment to such links may be fraud, and we will not be liable for such practice.
  • AnarPot disclaims all liabilities that may arise due to any unauthorized use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including details relating to the Payment Options.
