Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship across India.
• Non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 100 on orders under INR 7,499.
• Orders above INR 7,499 enjoy free shipping across India.
• Orders dispatch within 24 hours from order confirmation.
• Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–3 working days.
• Standard Delivery (Prepaid): Arrives in 3–5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivered within 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
• Your order may be split based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.

International Shipping

• We ship to select countries outside India. Eligible destinations and live rates are shown at checkout.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (business days).
• Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7–15 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Remote locations may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
• Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges (if applicable) are levied by the destination country and must be borne by the customer.
• Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address and local contact number. Reshipping due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier network or customs delays.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

• COD (Cash on Delivery) facility is available on most pin codes across India.
• We do not offer try-and-buy or open-box delivery.
• You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

• On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
• You can check the status of your order under “CHAT” on our site or app where available.
