- We accept a return within 48 hours of delivery for
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Size Issue
- Go to our website 🌐
- To raise a request, go to Start a Return
- Enter your Order ID + Email/Phone
- Submit your request ✅
- Our team will review & arrange pick-up 🚚
- Re-use the original packaging, including the plastic bag
- Items must be in original condition with labels and tags intact
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and without stains or damage
- Gift Card will be issued once we receive and inspect the parcel
💰 Return Pick-Up Fee: ₹150 (flat). Will be deducted from your order amount at the time of issuing a gift card
Note: Pickup address will be same as delivery address.
- We do not offer refunds. Only gift cards are issued as per policy.

❌ If item is damaged, used, or missing, gift card won’t be issued.
❌ Item will be shipped back to your address. - ₹150 fee applicable on repeat returns or orders placed using credit note
- Gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

- ❌ You used a Gift Card to buy the product
- ❌ You request a second return for the same item
