1. We accept a return within 48 hours of delivery for
   • Wrong item received
   • Damaged product
   • Size Issue

1. Go to our website 🌐
2. To raise a request, go to Start a Return
3. Enter your Order ID + Email/Phone
4. Submit your request ✅
5. Our team will review & arrange pick-up 🚚
6. Re-use the original packaging, including the plastic bag
7. Items must be in original condition with labels and tags intact
8. Items must be unused, unwashed, and without stains or damage
9. Gift Card will be issued once we receive and inspect the parcel

💰 Return Pick-Up Fee: ₹150 (flat). Will be deducted from your order amount at the time of issuing a gift card

Note: Pickup address will be same as delivery address.

1. We do not offer refunds. Only gift cards are issued as per policy.
2. 💳 Gift card will be issued once we receive and inspect the parcel.
   ❌ If item is damaged, used, or missing, gift card won’t be issued.
   ❌ Item will be shipped back to your address.
3. ₹150 fee applicable on repeat returns or orders placed using credit note
4. Gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
5. Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable
6. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

1. ❌ Product was on sale (unless damaged/wrong)
2. ❌ You used a Gift Card to buy the product
3. ❌ You request a second return for the same item

Note: We do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, request a return and place a new order.
