How do I request a return?

What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for wrong items, damaged products, or size issues.
Do I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds. Instead, a Gift Card (store credit) will be issued once your returned product passes our inspection on our warehouse.
Is there any return fee?
Yes, a flat βΉ150 return pick-up fee will be deducted at the time of issuing your gift card.
Can I exchange my product instead of returning it?
We do not offer exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a fresh order using the gift card.

A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any missing, damaged, or incorrectΒ itemΒ claim.

For orders below βΉ7499, a flat βΉ100 shipping fee applies.
