How do I request a return?
You can raise a return request through our website 🌐 → Start a Return → Enter your Order ID + Email/Phone → Submit ✅. Our team will review and arrange pick-up.
What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for wrong items, damaged products, or size issues.
Do I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds. Instead, a Gift Card (store credit) will be issued once your returned product passes our inspection on our warehouse.
Is there any return fee?
Yes, a flat ₹150 return pick-up fee will be deducted at the time of issuing your gift card.
Can I exchange my product instead of returning it?
We do not offer exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a fresh order using the gift card.
What proof is required for missing, damaged, or wrong items?
A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any missing, damaged, or incorrect item claim.
What are the shipping charges and delivery timelines?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹7499.
For orders below ₹7499, a flat ₹100 shipping fee applies.
Are sale or discounted items eligible for exchange?
No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sale items under any circumstances.
